The world is changing and so are we. Redevco is expanding its horizon beyond retail. We started broadening our investment scope end of 2018 when we entered the residential market. Adapting to the needs of today’s consumers and anticipating tomorrow’s challenges, we now further extend our focus.


We see a great opportunity to leverage our pan-European investment platform and local specialist teams across 13 European markets to substantially grow the portfolio over the next five years. By partnering with a broader spectrum of like-minded investors and diversifying into new property sectors, we will further build on the success we’ve already achieved in residential markets in the past 18 months.

From the huge task of transforming retail spaces and the creation of new homes, to finding the right mobility solutions and solving sustainability issues. While carefully balancing the interests of all stakeholders in this complex city landscape, we acquire, develop, lease, manage and divest properties successfully and sustainably.


By re-leasing to extend our tenant mix and re-purposing space to include tenants beyond the traditional retailer brands, like food and beverage, museums, flag ship or brand experience stores, we are evolving the use of our buildings and making them more resilient to future changes.


Future-proofing the assets we manage on behalf of our investor clients, means improving their sustainability performance. To drive this, we committed to making our entire portfolio net zero carbon by 2040. We selected four signature projects related to a retail transformation project, a residential development, an inner-city shopping centre project and on-site renewable energy generation efforts, to demonstrate how we can achieve our ambitious but necessary goal and step up our part in the fight against global warming.

In short, our well-researched view on where to invest in combination with our specialist investment strategies and deep functional expertise, enable us to create long-term value for our investors and occupiers. Going forward our investments will largely be concentrated in mixed-use urban locations, as the blurring of boundaries between real estate asset classes accelerates.
