Invester pursues a three-pronged approach: “United Development. United Investment. United Success”. The strategy is confirmed by the company’s solid figures: EUR 1.5 billion of Assets and Developments under Management and a current project development volume of around EUR 700 million. In 2019 alone, INVESTER will be breaking ground on four developments in the company’s core residential, retail and hotel segments: First, Wohngarten in Vienna–Simmering (682 apartments) will provide residents with a welcome retreat in natural surroundings and is slated for -completion by the end of 2021. The design of this new green oasis has been specially developed to combine social aspects with outstanding environmental performance. Second, 250 privately financed apartments and 3,700 square metres of commercial space are under construction in a mixed-use property in Lavaterstrasse (Vienna 22). Third, retail and residential units are also planned for Pohlgasse, in the immediate vicinity of Meidlinger Hauptstrasse. INVESTER’s motto is “Affordable living space for urban users”. Thus, it’s no surprise that the company’s fourth new development for 2019, prizeotel, part of the major urban development project around Vienna’s central station, is another Austrian premiere. For the first time ever, the new economy brand of the Rezidor hotel group is making its long-awaited -Viennese debut.
